Tacky Tags

Love designer labels, but don't show clothing tags. Double check your lingerie tags...these should never show.   I remove lingerie tags and shoulder straps used for hanging. It's more comfortable and I know my tags are not visible. An inexpensive seam ripper is the tool to delicately remove tags while leaving seams intact.
 

 

Definitely Double Check Lipstick

Lipstick on your teeth is embarrassing. Especially, if you don't know how long its been there. What's worse? Being photographed with a lipstick-covered smile. 

Try this double check trick to keep your teeth lipstick free. 

• After painting your lips, insert your ring finger into your mouth to the second joint. 

• Grasp your finger with your lips and suck as you pull your finger out of your mouth.     

The lipstick ring around your finger would have been all over your teeth. 

• Wipe off your finger and repeat this trick until you can suck your finger leaving no lipstick ring behind. 

Take Off That Uncomfortable Bra and Burn It!

To determine your correct bra size, first determine band size. Using a measuring tape, take a snug measurement around the rib cage, directly under the bust and level around body.  If the band measurement is an odd number, add 5 inches to determine band size and if the measurement is even, add 4.

Next, a bust measurement is necessary to determining cup size. Take a loose measurement over the fullest part of the bust with measuring tape, keep tape level around body.  The difference between your bust measurement and band size will determines cup size.

Do not get wrapped up in this number. It's just another number, like age, weight, and shoe size; not to be discussed in mixed company and nobody's business.
