Few things define a glamorous look better than beautifully defined cheek bones. No matter how dramatic your bone structure, sculpted cheek bones are easily achieved with carefully placed contours and highlights.
First to contour, choose a powder foundation or bronzing powder that is a half to one shade darker than your natural skin tone. Suck your cheeks in and apply this dark shade to the hollows below the cheek bones. Apply in upward diagonal strokes with a light touch.
Next, use a shimmery light shade to add the highlight. Powder, liquid or stick Highlighters come in powders, liquids and sticks. Any of these will work. Blend highlighter from the midpoint of the cheek bone back to the temple.
Finally, use powder or cream blush for a touch of color. Apply blush to the apple of your cheeks. Choose blush that blends well with the contour and highlight shades you selected.
Blending is critical. Check your chiseled cheek bones carefully and blend in any hard lines of smudged areas.
